Requirements: Our client, a top tier Boulder law firm, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to assist their transactional attorneys. They offer excellent benefits including paid parking, a flexible work schedule, and a casual work environment. Due to Covid, the firm is currently working remotely but may require a part-time on site schedule as the city changes it’s requirements. Duties include: * Calendaring; * Preparation of research materials; * Preparation and review of closing documents; * Proofreading and review of purchase and sale transaction documents; and * Possibly some light drafting.
